Operation & Safety
Modern elevators come equipped with safety features such as mechanical brakes, door sensors, and automatic rescue during power outages, ensuring complete user safety.
During a power outage, the Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) activates, bringing the cabin to the nearest floor and opening the door for safe exit.
For residential or modern automatic elevators, no operator is needed. Users can easily control it via the floor call panel.
Elevators should be maintained at least once a month to ensure smooth operation and extend their lifespan.
Maintenance & Warranty
Yes. All elevators supplied by Hưng Thịnh come with a 12 to 24-month warranty, depending on the product package and contract.
The warranty includes free repair of technical faults, replacement of defective parts caused by manufacturer issues, and full technical support during the warranty period.
After the warranty ends, you can subscribe to a regular maintenance contract at a reasonable cost for continued inspection and servicing.
You should contact technical support as soon as you notice any unusual signs like slow operation, strange noises, or unstable control panel behavior.
